Yes, you can visit up to 2 times within a 6-month period to fully experience our chapter culture and decide if BNI is right for your business. This allows you to meet different members and understand our referral process better.
There's a nominal visitor fee of ₹300 which covers the professional breakfast and meeting materials. This helps us maintain the quality of our meetings and ensures serious visitors who are genuinely interested in networking.
BNI operates on an exclusive category system - only one person per profession per chapter. If your category is filled, our membership committee will guide you to other BNI chapters in Jaipur or nearby areas where your category might be available.
We recommend arriving by 7:15 AM for open networking time. This gives you 15 minutes to meet members informally, exchange business cards, and get comfortable before the formal meeting begins at 7:30 AM sharp.
You'll have 30 seconds to introduce yourself, your business, and what you're looking for. Focus on who you are, what you do, and what kind of referrals would help your business. Practice beforehand to make the most of this opportunity!
